Lwandle is avoiding his phone. He finally gets the courage to go through the messages. They're from his girlfriend who then dumps him over a couple of voice notes. She does this on her birthday and after Lwandle organized her a party at his place. Braam is an anthology web series following an ensemble cast as they engage, interact and attempt to live their daily lives in the artisan, hipster-haven of central Johannesburg. The intention of releasing this pilot is to gain an audience for Braam and interest from a broadcaster to complete the rest of the season. This series will reflect on the different dynamics that young people encounter while juggling school, careers, and start up businesses. It does not shy away from showcasing the raw realities, which form part of the foundation each generation goes through.
